Al.Qadisiya journal for the Sciences of Physical Education, 2015, Volume 15, Issue 5, Pages 10-17

This research includes an introduction to research and its importance and which are addressed to the importance of the study of mental visualization either the problem is that there is a lack of attention to the mental aspects of athletes compared with the clear interest in physical preparation and skills and the plan. The research objective: to prepare a tutorial proposal for the mental perception of players elected primary schools Football Championships by age (11-12) years as hypotheses: there is a positive impact of the curriculum prepared by the researcher to develop mental visualization in order to resolve the problem and achieve its objectives.
The researcher used experimental method involving the research community on the primary school teams for football game to the participants in the League championships organized by the Directorate-General for education of the Diwaniyah (2013-2014).
(172) the players representing (10) primary school. Either search randomly selected sample of participating schools, one school has been selected for the number of players twenty players and lasted for eight weeks and three modules per week, in the days of (.Sunday, Wednesday, Saturday.) was a unit of mental perception (15) minutes.
One of the most important conclusions
1-The mental perception of paramount importance in improving the player's ability to perform basic skills to football championships by age (11-12) years old for primary school teams.
. 2- The more manageable the player visualization where elevated the level of his performance
Recommendations:
1- Using educational program for mental visualization with visual stimuli to increase the acquisition of learning and development.
2-Emphasizing on the using of mental visualization with skills education because its role in the process of accelerated learning

The impact of an aerobicphysical effort after different periods of rest after the warm-up in the enzymeglutathione and vitamins(CandE ) and cardiopulmonaryoutput of the young basketball players

Falah Hassan; Akeel Kadhim Mohsin

Al.Qadisiya journal for the Sciences of Physical Education, 2015, Volume 15, Issue 5, Pages 45-56

The purpose of the present study aims to find out the negative impact of the rest periods after the warm-up for the basketball players young universe basketball team sits some of his players on the terrace during the games and therefore, the amount of interest physiological warm-up down the fact that all Mangar during the warm-up of the variables usually to normal and therefore the amount of blood from the heart, which paid up to the working muscles and large quantities of a sudden, it is possible to cause the accumulation of free radicals and thus have a negative effect on the muscle. Therefore held researchers appropriate warm-up for the players and gave the rest periods after the warm-up is (10, 20.30) and offer players the effort to anaerobic four stages quickly and angle different mi Mobile Sir device's (10) players basketball was age (18.7 years) and weight (66.8 kg) was measured cardiac output using Vezovlo the end of each stage of the voltage device either biochemical variables were measured before and after the effort was the findings suggest that the amount of accumulation of free radicals was the lowest level after the warm-up immediately and after 10 minutes, compared Bafattrtin 20 and 30 minutes

The study aimed to identify the effect of the regions of physical effort first carry lactic and third threshold anaerobic immune variables and the preference of any of the areas of physical effort in the optimal effect on the immune variables were preparing exercises scientific foundations of a solid and after applying the exercises was to identify the effect of exercise stomach develop carry lactic threshold anaerobic Suppose a researcher having a positive effect in the concentration of proteins and immune researcher used the experimental method in a manner equal groups as the sample was divided into an experimental first and experimental second control group and select the research community clubs Euphrates youth basketball concluded researcher that exercise applied to the players according to the curriculum prepared a positive impact in development of bearing performance and immune proteins act in the development of bearing performance and immune proteins

The impact of special training to withstand anaerobic performance and concentration of lactic enzyme acetylcholine esterase acid to divisional artistic gymnastics at the players club Diwaniyah ages (13-16)

Dr.. Falah Hassan; Ali SattarJubair

Al.Qadisiya journal for the Sciences of Physical Education, 2015, Volume 15, Issue 5, Pages 80-89

Abstract
Focused research problem in that the players levels decrease as they get in the performance shown by the low speed performance and therefore the points collected on each machine adversely affected, so attribute researchers decline in the level of the non-muscle working ability or shared the performance on the face of the accumulation of lactic acid thus, the most prominent is affected negatively transfer electrical signal by acetylcholine process. So the researchers to solve this problem by preparing special training to withstand anaerobic performance and study its impact on the concentration of lactic enzyme acetylcholine esterase acid in order to improve the standard of sports in this sport. The study aimed to identify the effect of training your anaerobic to withstand the performance of the players Diwaniya Club in gymnastics ages 13-16 years, as well as to identify your anaerobic training lactic enzyme acid acetylcholine esterase concentration among players Diwaniya Club Gymnastics ages 13-16 years effect. The researchers used to achieve the objectives of research and experimental approach is the same group on the research community, which included players exert Diwaniya Club Gymnastics aged (13-16 years) for the season (2013-2014) totaling (5) players to the study of search variables, which included of the physical side to bear the performance side biochemical and of lactic acid and enzyme acetylcholine esterase, and required a study of these variables and the presence of its own tests so the researchers prepare a bicycle physical effort of the arms test. The researchers conducted tests of tribal test bike physical effort of the arms were withdrawn blood samples before working on the bike and after the completion of the performance of the six stages. The most important conclusion which is the impact of the anaerobic training in the development of a positive bearing performance of the sample individuals Therefore researcher recommends the adoption of anaerobic training prepared by the researcher in detail for the purpose of developing a recipe bearing performance for the age group (13-16) years

Abstract
Key words: (relaxation exercises Almata- imaginary, composite offensive skills, handball)
Aim of the research numbers exercises to relax Almata- imaginative to get to know its impact on learning some offensive skills vehicle in handball either impose Find is that there Tothiraijaa for relaxation exercises Almata- imaginary learn some offensive skills vehicle in handball The research problem lies that there are vulnerable practitioners of students in mastering the offensive skills vehicle during the performance to her, and to identify the extent of the effect of stylistic self-relaxation - the imaginary to learn some offensive skills vehicle where the researcher used the experimental method using the experimental design with the experimental and control groups tested before me and after me more appropriate to the research objectives and hypotheses, Vohtoy research also "on the display and discussion of results which through tables and analyzed and discussed scientifically has concluded the researcher that the exercise of self-relaxation - the imaginary positive impact on learning offensive skills vehicle in handball for experimental research sample, the researcher recommends using relaxation exercises in the present study during the psychological preparation for students because of its a positive impact on learning some offensive skills in the positions of the vehicle athletic competition and examinations and in the process achieve better achievement

Al.Qadisiya journal for the Sciences of Physical Education, 2015, Volume 15, Issue 5, Pages 123-132

Abstract
The research aims at identifying the effect of the teaching curriculum by the system approach to develop the physical mechanical of the body of theatrical actor by identifying the differences in value of some of the Biokinematic variables in the saber stabbing movement. The researcher uses the experimental curriculum to be suitable for the problem of the study. The sample of the study is (12) first year students of theatre department in Fine Arts College - Al Basra University. The sample is chosen randomly which represent 31.57% of the first stage. The most important results is that the system approach has a positive effect in developing the physical mechanical of the body of theatrical actor as follows:
• Obtaining the right angle in the knee joint of the front leg (leading) which is the ideal movement.
• Stretching the radius of armed hand in the joint elbow angle that helps the circumference speed.
• Keeping the value of the body-bending angle as the semi vertical position.
• Achieving an ideal pushing during a short period by the corresponding the performing stages and direction.
