2013, Volume 13, Issue 2, Pages 33-64
Abstract
The Effect of Using an Electrical Device with TWO Frequencies to Stimulate Some of the Active Muscles on the Achievement of the Advanced Weight-Lifters
This paper sheds light on the impact of using an electrical device to stimulate some of the muscles involved in the process of physical coaching to raise the level of achievement of the advanced weight-lifters.
The problem of the research is that there is some weakness and no development of the maximum voluntary muscular contraction. Such maximums, which can have a positive effect on the production and development of the maximum force, can not be easily obtained by players. It can only be developed by using special styles and methods of training with electrical stimulation.
The researcher comes up with some important conclusions and recommendations. One of these conclusions is that the style of training with electrical stimulation has a positive effect on the development of maximum power and achievement, and on some indicators of the kinetic course of the weight of the muscles involved in the performance of the snatch and jerk movements. It is highly recommended that electrical stimulation be used as part of the training curriculum as a means to develop the maximum power or any other capacity.

Abstract
It is highly important to make certain choice of methods for training in carrying out exercises used in physical coaching as well as using means and methods to help improving the efficiency of functional devices for runners and raise their physical and biomechanical abilities which ultimately leads to improving achievement.
One of the important means at the local level is the ballistic and metric training to overcome the shortage of speed resulting from the traditional training weights. It is also called resistance training ballistic (ballistic resistance training) which includes certain exercises (lifting weights relatively light weight with high speeds, jacket weights, Keeter, weights, etc.). The importance of this research lies in the use of ballistic and metric training to develop some bio- kinetic variables, some physical attributes and achievement in 400m running and hurdles.
A comparative study in aggressive behavior among disadvantaged athletes and non-deprived parents
Al.Qadisiya journal for the Sciences of Physical Education,
2013, Volume 13, Issue 2, Pages 227-246
Abstract
The absence of the father in the life of the individual has its negative bearing on his personality as well as depriving him of the social experience that he mostly needs in his life.
The father plays a significant role in the lives of the individuals. Feelings of self-responsibility are mainly derived from the father figure and his authority. The composition of the Super ego or growth of conscience also derives from the patriarchal model.
Several researches that link deprivation and different variables such as the aggressive behavior for people deprived of their parents have been written. It is noted that there is a contradiction in the results of these researches. Some of these researches have indicated that aggressive behavior is greater for those who are deprived of their fathers than their peers (those who do not suffer of this deprivation). Other researches have come up with contradictory results. It is this contradiction in results that urges the researcher to conduct a scale that measures the aggressive behavior for athletes deprived of their fathers as well as non-deprived ones to identify differences among them.
To achieve the research objectives, a sample of (150) players/ youth class from the Middle Euphrates and the Southern Region is randomly selected. The scale consists of (29) items.
To provide the proper environment and compensation for the role of the father in the formation of the personalities of those who are deprived of their fathers as well as the need to adopt and take care of this group of young people are highly recommended.

2013, Volume 13, Issue 2, Pages 275-314
Abstract
The effect of a proposed rehabilitative curriculum on the treatment of lacerations ligaments and strengthening muscles working in the shoulder joint for handball and tennis players
This paper deals with developing a curriculum proposed to the treatment of lacerations ligaments and rehabilitate muscles working in the shoulder joint, which makes it able to perform the activity for this joint and its movement to make it focus on the inputs that make the return movement of the joint naturally and in a very short time. This is due to the fact that the movement of the upper limb mainly depends on the safety and effectiveness of this joint.
The problem of the research is preparing a curriculum proposed to accelerate the complete healing of the shoulder joint, as well as to access power, flexibility and endurance proper to the joint, similar to the state of the athlete before injury in order to reach the largest percentage in achieving success in the treatment of this injury.
The research comes up with some conclusions and recommendations. It is concluded that the proposed Platform for rehabilitation has a significant positive effect on the variables of the research (flexion, Extension, Adduction, Abduction, Internal rotation, Lateral Rotation, the flexibility of the shoulders, the maximum of power, the power deals fast, Endurance of power) in athletes injured in the shoulder joint. It is also recommended that this curriculum be adopted to treat the injury of the shoulder joint and strengthening the active muscles on the affected joint.

Abstract
A comparative Study of Physiological and Biochemical Changes Before and During Ministration of Female for Foot Sal Players
Foot Sal is one of sports that basically need anaerobic energy system. This
study is concerned with the effect of physiological and biochemical changes. Its importance lies in the fact that it presents information about the mechanism of menstruation period.
Hormone action is to be studied by conducting a comparison between such changes before and after menstruation, and whether they control or help the required muscles spasm. All this is done just to understand the changes occur while practicing sport activities. Recent studies about biological changes of ministration are few to gain knowledge about the changes of ministration what her positive or negative as well as changes before or after it , the study compares between the states before and after ministration.
The aim of study is to investigate the physiological and biochemical changes before and daring ministration and comparing between them , the study concludes :
- There are variables that are not affted by ministration such as blood pressure ( ) Nitrate percentage , Kitoo , Brotins , degree of acidity .
- some physiological changes increased during menstruation ( blood lactic , temperature , pulse , and white blood cells ) .
- Some biochemical changes were , before the menstruation , less than after the period ( High density Biotins ) .
The percentage of contribution of some of the Biomechanical variables to achievement in the event of discus throwing
Al.Qadisiya journal for the Sciences of Physical Education,
2013, Volume 13, Issue 2, Pages 333-352
The effectiveness of the discus events with the technical performance of the complex, which depends on motor transference to the body parts in a coherent and specific way with certain conditions, can be studied carefully and in detail to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the technical performance to get rid of the negative aspects and focus on the positive ones. Hence the intellectual problem of the study in question appears as to question the possibility of identifying the rates of contribution of biomechanical variables of the event of discus throwing.
The study aims at identifying the rates of contribution of these variables in the technical performance of discus throwing.
To achieve these goals, the researcher resorts to illustrate with real events of throwers discus throwing players by using (4) cameras different speeds in different directions. The research society includes (72) attempts taken from (8) throwers by (9) attempts per thrower, who have participated in the Tournament of Iraq in Jadiriyah 2011-2021, The sample of the research consists of the successful attempts which are (51) attempts. Twenty- four biomechanical variables have been selected by the researcher after studying the scientific sources and the opinion of experts and specialists in this field.
