Abstract

The study aims to :
• Prepared the training curriculum standardization according to target time on speed endurance with 400 m running achievement
• Identify the effect of training load standardization according to target time on speed endurance with 400 m running achievement (pilot group)
• Identify the traditional program on speed endurance with 400 m running achievement.
The methodology
The researcher used the experimental methodology by two group design; one of them is experimental and the other is control for it is suitable for the nature and the aim of the research. The research included the (sprinter athletic ) for 400 m distance ,of Sulamani province whose number 12 athletic the research chose 10 athletic for main pilot study so the researcher chose the subject of research by premeditated way ,was divided for tow group (control – pilot ) group during classified them on single number on position and double number for a next position .during draw way the subject divided for control – pilot groups the researcher used these test and measurement :s The researcher used the experimental methodology by two group.
design; one of them is experimental and the other is control for it is suitable
for the nature and the aim of the research. SPSS include main – ST – T test –for tow groups
recommendations:
300 M target time : the effectiveness for target time for sprinter running , shorter than (time race) there are no significant dissimilarity .
• The current study it showed the significant effect during training according target time best than control group .more than the showed too the change of speed endurance for 300m running .
• 400 m running achievement :
• There are change for better for 400 m running test for both group (control – pilot )
• There are a significant dissimilarity for control group achievement and the return to post test
• The lactic threshold (speed endurance ) test
• There are a difference for speed endurance test (300)m for post test to both group (control – pilot ) for pilot group .
