Training curriculum proposal to develop some basic skills and mental capacity of the youth team football

AbstractThis section included the definition of research and its importance in the development of some of the footwork and basic mentality among football players for junior class to these qualities of great importance in sports, especially in football, through continuous and outstanding efforts in the development of football game towards the further development of what contained in the principles and rules The concept of sports training in order to raise the level of training status for football and get to the upper levels and the game of football has a long history. As it is no longer enough for those responsible for this game based on personal experience and observation of surface and chance to achieve an integrated player but must It is necessary to take the causes of science and steps and rely on observation and experimentation inhalers and field tests and appropriate measure. Hence the importance of research work to develop a training curriculum is based on the scientific basis for the development of the proposal and some basic skills and mentality among players Juniors Sports Club agreement football to serve the development of this game. He also touched on the problem included research on the integration of interweaving these components to develop levels of players and improve basic mental skills, particularly young players who are considered the foundation stone of the edifice sports.
The research aims to:
1- Prepare a training curriculum contributes to the development of some of the basic skills and mental capacity.
1- The training curriculum proposal will contribute to the development of skills and mental aspects to the research sample (experimental group).
Areas of research:
1-5-1 the human sphere: Club youth team football of the agreement (29) player.
1-5-2 temporal area: Search for: - 31/5/2011 until 1/8/2012
1-5-3 spatial area: Stadium Sports Club agreement in Diwaniya.
Chapter II - theory and similar studies:
This section included an explanation of what heh training curriculum and its divisions concept of rules and steps of football and how to train them through the characteristics of modern trends in the field of preparation sports, as well as know how to accept the players for training and the impact of training them and benefit, as well as sections of the training curriculum of basic mental skills used in it.
Youth training as well as knowledge and what they need from the divisions of the curriculum and the research variables studied the basic skills and mental capacity and its importance and how to train them as well as previous studies.
Chapter III - Field research methodology and procedures:
Use researcher experimental method due to its relevance to the nature of the research problem, and identified research sample with famous Club agreement football junior as the sample was distributed to the two officer and pilot of (10) players for each group takes control group of traditional prepared by the trainer approach in the experimental group take the training curriculum prepared by the researcher, after homogenization of the sample and reward them determine the physical and kinetic characteristics and basic tactical and mental skills and tests were conducted exploratory experiment in order to recognize the validity of the regulatory and administrative proceedings as well as the achievement of scientific terms (Alsedk- objectivity Althbat-) and also the pre-test procedure and then give the proposed approach after being placed and presented to a group of specialists and experts and re-testing in the post-test to show the evolution in the sample.
Chapter IV - Results analyzed and discussed:
Results are presented and analyzed and discussed by the use of statistical methods for testing the physical and kinetic characteristics of skill and tactical and mental research sample for the two experimental and control group, and the results showed significant differences in favor of the experimental group as a result of the application of the proposed approach, which showed differences between tribal tests and post, as well as the existence of significant differences in the post tests of the results physical and motor skills and tactical and mental qualities of the surveyed tests.
Chapter V - Conclusions and recommendations:
Based on the findings of the search results, and the concomitant treatments and statistical extrapolations and discussions within the research sample and the nature of the limits, the researcher was able to reach the following conclusions:
• curriculum prepared by the researcher has contributed to the development of the researched variables (skill and mental)
Based on the data contained in this research, and what the total came from the presentation and discussion and analysis of results, and put it in the light of the findings, the researcher to the following recommendations: -
• the need to use standardized tests (the skill and mental) as an objective to determine the level and frequency of testing from time to time to determine the levels of junior players in football.
The need to take up work (training) age groups qualified instructors scientific fact that the Sunni stages constitute a basic rule in access to higher level in the future.
