Abstract
Research aims to develop a training curriculum to improve the technical performance of some grabs in wrestling Romania, as well as to identify the impact of the curriculum as well as determine the impact of the use of feedback to improve the technical performance of some grabs in wrestling Romania, as the researcher used the experimental method for suitability to resolve the problem of the research were selected design groups Equals relevant tests pre and post random choice, as it formed the research sample of wrestlers Diyala province Cubs age ( 14-15 years) and by ( 10) wrestler as well as the use of methods, tools and appropriate hardware , was an experiment reconnaissance, as well as testing tribal, application training curriculum, then make a posteriori tests, and then the data has been unloaded and processed statistically, and then viewed and analyzed and discussed, and the researcher to several conclusions:1 - of the training curriculum proposed a positive impact in the evolution of the technical performance of the selected Handles under discussion.
2 - had to use the feedback to the performance of both types of impact in raising the level of technical performance of selected technical Handles for my search.
3 - achieved the experimental group used the feedback after the performance by the evolution of progress is better than the control group that used feedback during performance.
In light of the findings of research and its findings , the researcher recommends the following :
1 - further studies for various types of feedback and the level of performance impact on different age groups .
2 - Use Movies (CD) for each training with sporting events for the purpose of explanation utilized by athletes .
3 - Adoption of the training curriculum to improve the technical performance of Handles technical selected by the coaches.
