Method; six women with breast cancer who received surgery ,chemotherapy and radiotherapy with current 12 weeks combination exercise training walking for 30 minutes and exercise for leg and hand (4 sessions per week)total time 60 minutes in pre and post test TSH, VO2 Max, RHR ,BP ,body weight, BMI body mass index and waist to hip ratio (WHR) were measured in same group . Data was analyzed using analysis of (SSPS)T- test one sample.
Result: significant differences were observed for TSH, VO2 max, RHR, body weight, BMI, and WHR between pre and post exercise training after (12 weeks)( P≤0.05) in fact. Exercises trainings had positive effects on TSH , Vo2 max, RHR, Body Weight ,BMI and WHR in postmenopausal women with breast cancer .No significant different pre and post exercise training P≤0.05
Conclusions
It can be concluded that exercise training may improve function of TSH maximum aerobic capacity, RHR and anthropometric variables in postmenopausal women with breast cancer
